Adult Day Health Care?
We are a social program that provides care and companionship for are younger and older adult men and women veterans who served who need assistance or supervision during the day. Georgia veteran Adult Day services is a resource for people with physical limitations or limited functioning due to memory loss depression or loneliness or simply want to have more activity in their life's daily routine.
Georgia veterans Adult Day services recognizes veterans preferences for none institutional care and is committed to supporting a continuum of none institutional extended care services for veterans at the risk of institutional care who want to remain at home in their communities. The primary goal of Georgia veterans Adult Day services is to provide a non-institutional CARE program that prevents or delays the need for institutional care for at-risk veterans through and interdisciplinary Health Service in a group setting that improves or maintains overall health functional status and quality of life. As well as providing respite and support to the veterans' family caregivers or in-home care providers.

The social model generally provides a secure environment supervision assistance with some adl’s and therapeutic activities throughout the day aimed at helping participants to achieve optimal physical and mental self-confidence functioning with Wellness and other goals.

Am I eligible for adult day Health Care benefits.
All enrolled veterans are eligible for adult day health care if they are eligible for Community Care and meet the clinical criteria for the service, and it is available.
A copay for adult day Health Care may be charged based on your VA service-connected disability status and financial information.
